Digital Strategy & Transformation Advisor for Nonprofits & Civil Society
I work with civil society and policy institutions to align strategy, programs, and digital infrastructure — replacing fragmented initiatives with coherent systems that strengthen long-term institutional capability.

What I Do
Civil society organizations are expected to deliver complex outcomes with limited resources — while remaining accountable, visible, and adaptive in rapidly evolving digital environments.
My work focuses on helping institutions align strategy, programs, and digital infrastructure so that capability compounds over time rather than resetting with each new project. I work at the structural level — designing coherent systems that replace fragmentation with sustainable institutional capacity.
Who I Work With
I work with institutions navigating structural complexity — where strategy, digital systems, and program design must align to sustain impact.
My engagements typically involve:
- Civil society organizations seeking long-term digital coherence beyond project cycles
- Public policy institutes and think tanks strengthening research communication and institutional memory
- Advocacy and cultural institutions building narrative power through digital infrastructure
- Regional networks and multi-stakeholder initiatives requiring structured digital coordination
I partner primarily with leadership teams and program heads responsible for institutional direction and sustainability.
