• Integrate AI and digital tools into advocacy, research, service delivery, and communications
• Navigate risks around data, ethics, misinformation, and automation
• Move from experimentation to sustained, organization-wide adoption

Delivered through blended formats including baseline studies, training workshops, policy dialogues, online engagements, civic hackathons, and tailored learning resources.

Grounded in regional experience supporting 40+ CSOs across Central and Southwestern Uganda.
