Welcome to Our Journey
Work With MeAbout Me
I am a Digital Strategy and Institutional Transformation Advisor working with civil society, policy, and advocacy institutions to align strategy, digital infrastructure, and organizational capability. My work focuses on strengthening institutional coherence so that impact compounds beyond individual projects.
My work focuses on helping organizations move beyond tactical digital use toward strategic, sustainable, and system-level digital transformation. I advise organizations on how to design digital-first and hybrid programs, strengthen internal digital capacity, build alternative revenue models, and translate complex work into clear, compelling, and fundable public-interest narratives.
Across my career, I have led and supported digital programs, advocacy campaigns, policy dialogues, capacity-building initiatives, and research communications at national and regional levels. I have worked closely with civil society organizations, creatives, researchers, policymakers, educators, and technologists to design programs that are context-aware, scalable, and aligned with mission-driven goals.
My experience spans a wide range of functions, including:
- Digital strategy and transformation advisory
- Program and project design
- Digital sustainability and social enterprise models
- Communications, branding, and knowledge documentation
- Website strategy and content architecture
- Digital and AI literacy training for civil society
- Policy and governance-focused digital engagement
- Research visibility and public-interest storytelling
I have played a lead advisory role in localizing digital and AI solutions for civil society organizations, supporting more than 40 CSOs to adopt digital tools, develop internal capacity, and explore emerging technologies in ways that are ethical, practical, and aligned with their mandates. This work has included baseline research, training curriculum development, regional workshops, civic hackathons, and the design of learning resources for nonprofit teams.
In parallel, I have advised and supported organizations in the cultural, creative, and advocacy sectors to design digital programs that combine storytelling, community engagement, and creative entrepreneurship. This includes structuring digital-facing programs and projects that extend organizational reach while contributing to long-term sustainability beyond donor funding.
I have also led digital communications and knowledge documentation for research and policy organizations, translating complex research outputs into accessible digital content, managing websites as knowledge hubs, and supporting public engagement through digital media, livestreaming, and online dialogue.
Beyond organizational advisory work, I have curated and moderated high-level discussions on digital governance, artificial intelligence, and public-interest technology at national and regional forums, contributing to conversations on how technology intersects with culture, democracy, creativity, and social justice.
My approach is strategy-led, collaborative, and sustainability-focused. I work alongside leadership and program teams to design digital systems, programs, and narratives that are not only effective in the short term, but resilient, adaptable, and relevant over time.

Operating Thesis
Most institutional challenges in civil society are not technical. They are structural.
My work focuses on helping organizations align strategy, digital systems, and sustainability so that capability compounds over time rather than resetting with every project cycle.
The goal is not visibility. It is institutional resilience.
How I Work
My work is grounded in a clear philosophy shaped by years of practice across civil society, policy spaces, and cultural organizations.
Context-aware
I design strategies rooted in local realities, institutional culture, and lived experience—rather than importing models that don’t fit the social, political, or resource context.
Strategy-first
I start with purpose, outcomes, and constraints. Digital tools are selected only when they meaningfully serve program goals, governance needs, and sustainability—not because they are fashionable.
Collaborative by design
I work alongside internal teams, partners, and communities—building shared ownership, strengthening internal capacity, and ensuring solutions are understood, usable, and maintained beyond my involvement.
Sustainability-driven
I focus on long-term value: systems, skills, and assets that endure beyond individual projects, funding cycles, or campaigns.
